VIDEO BROCHURE MAILERS
Are your clients looking to make a great first impression on a new recruit? Maybe they want to get the attention of a hard-to-reach prospect or convey their sincere appreciation to team members. Or maybe they want to make a splash with a new product launch. Whatever application they have, video brochures can help set their message apart from any other means of communication. Below are some real-life examples of how some companies have set themselves apart.
Video Brochures are perfect for:
Schools
Schools are using video brochures to recruit certain students. They use these to show their campus life, their academic rigor, and a pathway to a career for the student. They also use them as gifts for students and teachers as they graduate or meet significant milestones.
Corporations
Companies are using them to get the attention of students from top-tier colleges. They need those students to get a sense of their company's culture and see them as an attractive place to work. Companies also use them to sell their products and services to prospects. On-boarding, basic training, and transferring the company's values are also ways companies are using video brochures.
Non-Profits
Fundraisers are using them to thank important donors. They can personally thank them and show them the impact of their donations on the group.
Sales Organizations
Sales leaders are using them to congratulate and motivate their high performers as part of their rewards programs. These are used to personally thank them for their efforts. They also encourage the users to load their own personal content and make them a personal keepsake.
Any company or group can benefit from using video brochures and mailers. These attractive tools make it easy to reach an important audience with an attention-getting message.
Cover Styles
Custom video brochures are available in hardcover or softcover. Hardcover is constructed similarly to a textbook. Because of this it is the most durable carrier option and offers the best screen protection. Softcover video brochures have a printed cover that is more pliable and less rigid, made of double-thick cover stock.
Standard sizes are 4-1/4" x 2-1/2", 3-1/2" x 2-1/4" (pop out), 6-7/8" x 4-7/8", 8-1/4" x 5-7/8", 6" x 9" and 9-1/2" x 6-1/2". Additional sizes available.
Screen Sizes
Five standard screen sizes are available, measured diagonally: 2.4", 4.3", 5", 7", and 10". All screens are 16:9 aspect ratio, except for the 2.4" (4:3).
Standard LCD screens can be upgraded to IPS, or In-Plane Switching, these screens offer a truer color, higher definition, and a wider viewing angle. Touchscreens are available for 7" and 10" screen sizes only.
Video Capacity
256MB of internal video memory is standard, which is sufficient for most video applications, up to a few minutes. A general rule of thumb is you get about 1 minute of video for every 30 MB of storage space. Because some folks need more space we offer internal memory upgrades of 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, or even 32GB.
Printing/Finishing
Four color process printing is standard, with protective plastic matte lamination used on all surfaces. We offer a variety of finishing upgrades, including spot UV coating, high gloss or soft-touch lamination, embossing, foil stamping, and die-cutting. Interior pockets, business card holders, and die-cuts can also be added to your video book.
